Nonprofit work is hard.
I know because I’ve been doing it for over 3 decades - my entire career.
I’ve done everything from cleaning toilets to consulting with charities all over the globe and everything in between.
I’ve never been more passionate about helping nonprofits grow.
All About Aimee
I’ve been an Executive Assistant, a Director of Development, an Executive Director, volunteer board member and Chairman of the Board, and the State Field Director for a global charity.
I’ve successfully managed staff and volunteers, run events from start to finish, developed multi-year capital and major gift campaigns, and created cross platform communication campaigns… plus more.
Over the last 12 years, through my consulting and hands on work, I’ve helped dozens of charities raise about $200,00,000 and increase their impact.
I know where your pain points are because I’ve experienced them, too.
I know what it takes to move beyond those growing pains.
I want to help YOU.
Let’s talk about it.
No strings.
No expectations.
I love what this photo represents.
I thought it was kind of a perfect metaphor for what nonprofit life is like.
I had been caring for a toddler all morning (remember… I’ve had a career spanning over 3 decades… I’m not that young). He was down for a nap so I quickly got myself fixed up for my updated headshots.
By the time I was ready and the photographer arrived, nap time was over!
I was exhausted. The toddler was needy, but not cranky. And the sweet photographer did her best to help keep the toddler happy by taking his photo occasionally.
At this point in the photo shoot, I was hot, my hair was a mess, and I was exhausted. But the baby really made me laugh.
No matter how stressful things are, there is still so much joy in this work!
